It has now been a little over a year since you gave me this wonderful facelift. I truly love how refresh my face looks, you are right, we dont have too be aggressive, Iike how natural my face looks, and I frequently get complement that I look refresh.

Your craftsmanship is wonderful and I am truly enjoying your work.
I consider myself lucky to have done this procedure just a few months before the closure of the world due to COVID.

I am still planning to come out to see you for the fat touchups and for liposuction of the back and arms and fat grafts of the hands.
But I think that the world will still be in lockdown for 2021.

Just wanted to share some pictures of my progress with my face.  It has all settled so nicely and I’m really pleased.  I talk to so many women via the forums and I always reccomend you.  You did a phenomenal job and I’m loving my results

So far fat graft is holding up well  , Im so glad that I followed your recommendations. I know you give and explain the pros and cons, but I do appreciate you taking the time to explain everything. And keep on enlightening me about my progress, which really address a lot of my concerns and anxiety. Being a first timer on this.

Hi Dr Rino. I just want to update you.

The scar is improving now. Can’t wait until the scars fades away. I know I should be more patient.

Thank you Doc to taking time explaining everything even tho I know I keep on asking the same question. I’m just worried & anxious.

Compare to my old nose, now I’m trully happy with my new nose. I send you my before and after picture.

Even tho I requested for high nose, you know what’s better for me and the result fits my face well, so natural. Now I’m not shy anymore, thank you for giving me the self-confidence and self esteem doc. Finally I have the nose that i’ve always been dreaming of. Rhinoplasty is more than a surgery. Its true its a life changing event. It was life changing experience, thankful for this opportunity. Thanks to the nurse for taking care of me while i’m there, they’re very kind & helpfull. And to you Doc thankyou very much for helping me fulfill my dreams. I can see my wish nose on my face now, this is emotional for me, yes. I’m more confident than I was before. Although its a long journey but its worth it.

Just to let you know I am at home and am doing well not much swelling or any stress to the body and feeling good. Im so glad to follow all your instructions. I was able to change my dressings before I left Manila and then when I got to Sydney so I think that might have helped as well as lots of water

All my lady friends keep on asking me to show them my breast and new mid section. I do like how my breast feel, its soft. My friend even said that she hardly feel the implant. Though sometimes I think that my breast is too obvious since by abdomen is flat after tummy tuck.

Can I apply some bio Oil with my scar? If yes, when can I start doing this? A friend of mine said she use bio oil with her scar.

My nose looks so natural and as you said it suit my face. Now I’m not self conscious about my nose. People often complement me and notice my eyes, my face and not anymore my nose. All my friend said that my face improved and the changes with my nose is not drastic. I so full of joy with all the positive compliment I receive. I thank you for this Doc.

I just wanted to give a quick update and say that I’m back home in Ireland. The flight didn’t cause any issues with my nose. I’m still continuing my heat therapy and I’ll continue to update you with pictures until my final result!

Hi there Doc, Hi Doc how is everyone in your world?

I was surprised with the people at the customs look at me, they wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t look like my photo lol. They ask for my previous photos, lucky I have some in my FB account. The custom people were surprise on how I look more my younger photo. Management came down and all was ok. They said if in future you could put the patients full name on the letter, their date of birth and passport number. Geez dam tough over this way 🙂

My face still continue to feel tight and still have some numbness at my cheek. I know you said and explained that is part of my healing. I’m continuing to heal well. The right side of my face is a bit more swollen than the left but everything seems ok and as you explained. Otherwise I’m hunky dory.

I will keep you posted on my progress and I will send you photos. Than you for your outstanding service. I do appreciate you and your staff’s efforts.

Doc, I like to inform you that all my swelling had gone down and I don’t see and bruising anymore. Thank you for my new look. My face do look refresh, you are right, MACS lift and fat treatment is will not give me that freak look that I don’t like. Thank you for explaining everything to me and taking time to answer all my question. I know how busy are you doc, but you never fail to answer all my questions, this made me feel more comfortable with you. I so happy I made the right decision going to you.

Also, I like to inquiry when can I go back to have my upper eye lids done. As I said I don’t want to drastic change on my face. So I think I can have my upper eye done by early next year. I do like to the way you do my friend’s upper eye lid, it looks very nice and natural. Her folds are well notice and improve the way her eyes appear. I will be sending you my photos so that you can see my wonderful face. LOL!

I look forward in meeting you soon for my upper eye lids.
